ROYAL SOUTH TOUR

DAY 1 : Casablanca

Arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V international Airport where you will be met and accompanied to your hotel. Lunch at leisure followed by a city tour of Casablanca to include the medina (old quarters), the famous central market, the Hassan II Mosque (exterior visit), the residential suburbs and the magnificent " Corniche " coast overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Overnight accommodation.

DAY 2 : Casablanca-Marrakech

After breakfast, you will leave for Marrakech via Settat. After checking-in, the afternoon is devoted to the discovery of Marrakech: the Koutoubia mosque and its imposing minaret, the Bahia Palace and gardens, the Saadien Tombs, the fine imperial gardens of the Agdal and the Menara gardens. Dinner is at " Chez Ali " fantasia, an authentic folklore show in a Moroccan atmosphere under caidal tents in the palmgroves of Marrakech. Overnight accommodation.

DAY 3 : Marrakech- Ouarzazate-Zagora

After breakfast, departure to Ouarzazate via Taddert and the Tizn Tichka pass that impress the visitor by their soaring peaks. Visit  of the berber village of Ait Ben Haddou which conserves the most impressive Ksar in Morocco and served as a backdrop of famous movies such as " Jewel of the Nile " and " Lawrence of Arabia ", visit of the kasbah of Taourirt that gives the effect of a town within a town; this kasbah, with its deep ochre-coloured walls, is without doubt one of the finest to be found in the whole of Morocco. Lunch at leisure in Ouarzazate and continuation to Zagora via the Draa valley. Along this route of thousands kasbahs, you will see towers of backed red clay; looking very much like the fortifications and strongholds of medieval Europe. These Kasbahs, with their most imposing architectural style harmonise perfectly with their surroundings. Overnight accommodation in Zagora.

DAY 4 : Zagora-Tineghir-Ouarzazate

After breakfast, early departure to visit the berber village, Tineghir. It was along this route that the camel-caravans used to pass on their way back from the Sudan and Arabian with unbelievable quantities of gold, silk and spices. After, you will have a chance to visit the Todra and Dades Gorges, wonderfully sculpted by mother nature. Lunch at leisure in a local restaurant. Return to Ouarzazate. Overnight accommodation

DAY 5 : Ouarzazate-Marrakech

After breakfast, depart to Marrakech. Stop en route at Taddart to relax and freshen up. Continuation to Marrakech to be there approximately at 17h30. Overnight accommodation

DAY 6 : Marrakech

Free morning at leisure for a final plunge into the atmosphere of Marrakech or for relaxing by the pool. You guide will call at your hotel to collect the luggage and transfer to the Airport for your  return flight.
